Earlier today I bought a sealed Beatles Mono box from some guy on Craigslist.  I know, stop right there, right?  Yep.  I really should know better; of course it was a bootleg (albeit a really meticulously done one) and I ended up spending the better part of the day trying to get my money back from this bozo.  I was mostly successful.
Whatever, this is the stereo version of Please Please Me, one of the first Beatles records I ever owned.  There aren’t too many revelations on this one but it still sounds damn fine.
